Yes, of course. You could free download the setup file on our website
and install it on your PC to test recording. The trial version could
only record 2 minutes each time and you could register with the license
code to get full functions.
2 How to install the Camersoft Video Recorder successfully?
After download the setup file, please make sure to exit your MSN program
completely.
Note: if you just close the windows of Live Messenger it will still display on the right bottom system tray, you need click the right mouse and select "exit" to completely quit MSN.
3 How to make a video call to test the recording?
After install the software successfully. You could restart your MSN and test recording. You could have a video call with your friend or add our test ID: camersoft@hotmail.com and then start the MSN recorder to record webcam video. You could also leave message to this ID if you meet any problem with MSN recording.
Note: please select "start a Video Call" option to make a video call.
4 Which version of Live Messenger does this MSN webcam recorder support?
Camersoft MSN Video Recorder could support all version of Windows Live Messenger, including MSN 8.0 and new Live Messenger version 2009.
5 How to use Video Converter function?
Camersoft Video Converter is an independent tool, which could help you convert videos to many other formats. You could startup the tool from the main UI of the MSN recorder by click the "converter" button. And then load the video files to preview and convert. You could not only use it to convert the recorded AVI files to your iPod, iPhone and other devices, but load video file on your PC to convert.
6 What should you do, if you find the converter function could not be used?
In this case, you need to reload Camersoft MSN Video Recorder from http://www.camersoft.com/reg0315/camersoft-msn-video-recorder.exe and reinstall it. You may register with your old license code. Then, please try the converter funtion again.
